DO YOU OFFER TELEMEDICINE OR VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS?
Yes! Â You can access your visit from any smart phone, tablet, or laptop. Â Please make sure you have a good internet connection or your appointment my have to be via phone.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Unfortunately we do NOTÂ take insurance. Â Insurance only covers medically necessary treatment plans. Â The services we offer optimize your health and are not typically seen as medically necessary.
ARE LAB TESTS COVERED BY INSURANCE?
Some tests are covered by insurance, other specialty test or test deemed not medically necessary are not covered by insurance. Â We will alway discuss with you the cost of the test if it is not covered by insurance.
DO YOU ACCEPT FSA/HSA FOR PAYMENT?
Yes, If you have a health spending card you can use it at the time of service.  If you need a superbill to submit to your health spending account for your reimbursement it will be available for you at the time of service.
DO YOU PRESCRIBE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS?
Absolutely, PAMELA BENNETT, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and uses prescription medications along with supplements and lifestyle recommendations.
AM I REQUIRED TO BY YOUR SUPPLEMENTS?
No, we will make appropriate recommendations of vitamin supplementation at the right dosing and maximum benefit from manufactures that we know, like, and trust with your health as well as our own health. Â However, you can purchase supplements from other sources, just know that the results may be or not be the same.
DO YOU OFFER TESTOSTERONE PELLET THERAPYÂ AND ESTROGEN PELLET THERAPY FOR MEN AND WOMEN?
Yes, for our male patients we offer testosterone pellets, and for our female patients we offer both estradiol and testosterone pellet therapy.
DO YOUR OFFER OTHER TYPES OF HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY BESIDES PELLETS?
YES! Â For both our male and female patients we offer a variety of options to include, creams, injectables, patches, nasal, and oral options.
